Name changes of Japanese tanks

Hello Warriors,

there were some name changes with the Japanese Heavies:

• Mi-To 100 renamed to O-I Experimental
• Mi-To 150 renamed to O-I

So the progression goes:

• O-I Experiemental
• O-I
• O-I 100
• O-I 120
