Rebalances
- Covenanter: Meadows DAV engine fire chance reduced from 40 to 20 percent
- FV4005 and FV4004 UFP angle reduced to 57 degrees
- Maus: some mantlet parts buffed
- T23E3: penetration of AP/APCR shells buffed from 127/177 to 149/190mm
- 88mm Jagdtiger speed buffed from 28 to 38 km/h
- 105mm German TD guns had muzzle velocity increased
- E-50M both 105mm gun shells now fly with the same velocity (the one of the top gun)
- KV-220: engine horsepower buffed from 650 to 850hp, UFP buffed from 100mm to 120mm
- T-54 Prototype (premium): D-10TK accuracy buffed from 0,38 to 0,36, reload buffed from 8,1s to 8s, aimtime buffed from 2,6s to 2,4s
Maps
- removed South Coast from random battles
- Province and Hidden Village completely removed from the client
- Berlin and Paris maps added to the free for all deathmatch mode
- many maps now have additional special effects
- some environmental objects had their visual and collision models fixed
Engine
- engine was heavily updated, allowing for new features in the future
- optimized client performance for some setups
- fixed some crashes and freezes of the game client
- map loading time in general decreased
- fixed some issues of the new shadow system
Misc
- announcing sounds added to the dynamic platoon mechanism
- camouflage UI changed
- decals and flags now give bonus to crew skill
- fixed some small UI issues

There were talks that one of new city maps is going to be ‘Minsk’. Where is this map?
- The Minsk map was removed from our plans.
The most important question, what is going to happen with arty?
- We do not plan a nerf. What we are planning is a full rebalancing of this vehicle class. We want to carefully implement and test each point of the plan. We are also not excluding the possibility to limit the number of arties to 2-3 (with new achievements) or keep it the way it is.
What is going to happen with old Personal missions after new season release? Do you plan a new season?
- We are indeed planning a new season of Personal missions (The old one is going to stay available, so you will be able to finish the current missions)
Any news about Japanese and Chinese TDs?
- Asian TDs and SPGs will need some more time. They are not in our plans for 2016; we are still gathering information about these vehicles, but there is no special interest or special priority on them.
What is going to happen with European branch?
- A common European branch won’t be implemented, there is an issue with crews for European vehicles. We are considering implementing branches with specific European nations like Sweden and Italy. Vehicles of other nations can be added as premium vehicles to existing trees or they can be added as incomplete branches with premium or action vehicles (like it was the case with the CN branch when we introduced the Type 59) without standard tanks.

Paris Map
Hello Warriors,
First look of the "Paris" map.
"Paris" was developed some time ago and will soon be released.
Wargaming used a variety of high-rises on this map that can be seen for the first time and a building of more than 5 floors. The Eiffel Tower deserves special attention, you can enjoy views of the data and fight a fierce battle in the streets of Paris.
If we run out of shells and things get desperate, we can always hang some baguettes around the tanks, couple hours later they will be hard and deadly like APCR!

Storm Q&A
- it's very likely according to Storm that the new sounds (previously previewed in a Youtuber video) will not appear in 9.11 (10.0) because there are issues with their performance on single-core (!) PC's
- new sounds will come once WG figures out how to deal with the performance issues
- one of the variants for sound introduction is to have new sounds only in HD client
- the "9.11 leaked screens" contain features that will likely not appear in 9.11
- the most important part about 9.11 according to Storm is not to introduce many nasty bugs
- the fix for the issue where the tanks are ending up on the same maps over and over again during one session will not be fixed anytime soon according to Storm
- Storm really likes the Czech branch
- Storm reacting on the question whether 9.11 deals that will add bonus to crew skill are pay to win: "Everything that's available for gold you can get for credits."
- Storm states that FV215b will be replaced. However, it is not certain that it will be replaced by Chieftain: "We will switch it. But for what and how - that we will have to think about" (RG: There is a chance that instead of Chieftain there will be Listy's "Super Conqueror", it's possible that the switch will not happen in 9.11 after all)
- VK4502B will also likely be raplaced
- according to some players, Yuri Pasholok found out that FV4202 and Action X turrets were identical armor-wise. According to Storm, actual measurements with ultrasound probe produced different results.
